In 2021 Swift Drilling has been awarded a long-term contract by Wintershall Noordzee, which employs the jack-up rig SWIFT 10 to safely and efficiently plug and abandon wells in the Dutch sector of the North Sea.
We are happy to announce that in one year we accomplished to P&A 19 wells safe, efficient and economical as one team together with Wintershall Noordzee.
The Wintershall Noordzee and Swift team use the highly automated SWIFT 10 with a small integrated team and focus on continuous improvement to effectively plug and abandon wells.
Both parties see the cooperation as a start of a new era, with a bright future for P&A, to enable the energy transition and protect the environment.
