Your role

  • You are a team member of the QHSE department. This means that you report directly to the QHSE Manager and work closely with our QHSE Advisor;
  • Contacts with our other departments (operations, commercial, engineering, crewing, procurement, HR);
  • Contacts with offshore crew (Offshore Installation Manager and Safety Officer).

As a QHSE Coordinator, you are part of our QHSE department: the part of our organisation which is essential in ensuring that our operations are safe, compliant and responsible. Your job to make this happen is by:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintaining and updating QHSE documentation and assurance of version control;
  • Assisting in the creation and revision of procedures, manuals and reports;
  • Supporting audit processes and tracking inspections;
  • Registering and following up on incidents, non-conformities and audit actions;
  • Providing administrative support to the QHSE department;
  • Ensuring the accessibility and structure of the QHSE document management system;
  • Helping to maintain industry certifications;
  • Playing an active role in the onboarding and QHSE familiarisation of new colleagues;
  • Having a structured and responsible approach.

Through these tasks, you make a concrete impact on the quality, safety, and sustainability of our daily operations.

Must-have experience/qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills and eye for detail;
  • Affinity with health and safety, mainly regarding the offshore or technical industry;
  • Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum), Adobe Acrobat;
  • Proficient in the English language, both in speech and writing.

Preferred experience/qualifications

  • Proficient in the Dutch language, both in speech and writing;
  • QHSE training or certification;
  • Experience with ISO standards and audit preparations;
  • Familiarity with safety and health regulations in the offshore industry;
  • Experience in document control systems and QHSE software tools.
