Your role
- You are a team member of the QHSE department. This means that you report directly to the QHSE Manager and work closely with our QHSE Advisor;
- Contacts with our other departments (operations, commercial, engineering, crewing, procurement, HR);
- Contacts with offshore crew (Offshore Installation Manager and Safety Officer).

As a QHSE Coordinator, you are part of our QHSE department: the part of our organisation which is essential in ensuring that our operations are safe, compliant and responsible. Your job to make this happen is by:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating QHSE documentation and assurance of version control;
- Assisting in the creation and revision of procedures, manuals and reports;
- Supporting audit processes and tracking inspections;
- Registering and following up on incidents, non-conformities and audit actions;
- Providing administrative support to the QHSE department;
- Ensuring the accessibility and structure of the QHSE document management system;
- Helping to maintain industry certifications;
- Playing an active role in the onboarding and QHSE familiarisation of new colleagues;
- Having a structured and responsible approach.
Through these tasks, you make a concrete impact on the quality, safety, and sustainability of our daily operations.
Must-have experience/qualifications
- Strong administrative skills and eye for detail;
- Affinity with health and safety, mainly regarding the offshore or technical industry;
- Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum), Adobe Acrobat;
- Proficient in the English language, both in speech and writing.
Preferred experience/qualifications
- Proficient in the Dutch language, both in speech and writing;
- QHSE training or certification;
- Experience with ISO standards and audit preparations;
- Familiarity with safety and health regulations in the offshore industry;
- Experience in document control systems and QHSE software tools.
